Main Central/Endocrine Flow

The Main Central Vertical Universal Harmonizing Flow, in its self-help form, is also known as the Endocrine Flow. This chart correlates Main Central Flow with the body’s endocrine system, including brief descriptions of the functions of the related organs. The chart includes the colors, tones and depths that form the body as the Main Central Flow, moving down the front and up the back, which begins to manifest our “BE-ing” into form. It is a guide for how and when to use the Main Central sequence of holds, or a particular hold, to restore balance to body and soul.
